How do I store my Goodness?
We always recommend portioning and freezing to our customers as that's the best way to preserve any baked goods, not just ours. Refrigerators tend to dehydrate baked goods - that's why leftover birthday cake kept in the fridge is dry and awful!
In terms of shelf-life, we do not use any preservatives. So if you leave the products out in the open at room temperature - in Singapore's heat - you're looking at 2 days maximum. In the refrigerator, you’re looking at 4 to 5 days, but the products may not be as moist. Add 2 days for the Gollybells on both occasions.
Can I remove/replace an ingredient in any of the products?
Baking is essentially chemistry in an oven and each recipe takes several months to test and perfect before we finally bring the product to you. Ingredients can’t simply be removed or replaced without disrupting the balance of the recipe and having to recreate it entirely. Do bear in mind that as a commercial entity, we do not produce one cake at a time.
Do watch out for new products coming out from time to time, though, and maybe you'll find something that suits you just perfectly!

Is there a minimum order?
No, we do not impose any minimum order quantity. We simply charge a flat delivery fee of $10 per location no matter how much you order or where you live!

Can you deliver at a specific time?
We deliver Monday to Saturday, between 10am and 1pm or 3pm and 6pm (only 10am to 1pm on Saturdays). During special occasions (e.g. Valentine's Day) and festive periods (e.g. Christmas, Chinese New Year) we deliver every day. Just check which days are available on the calendar when you check out. Should you require delivery within a very specific window, this can be arranged for a delivery fee top up of $15.
Do you have a physical location? / May I pick up my items myself?
Oh My Goodness! is an e-bakery and we operate on a delivery-only basis as this helps us keep our prices down in a place like Singapore. If you'd like to pick up some Goodness when you're out and about, you can visit one of our stockists listed here.
How far in advance should I place an order?
You can order any of our regular items online with just 48-hours' notice. One week's notice is required for the Celebrations collection. Should you need anything in a hurry or something customised, give us a ring at 91 622 633 and we'll do everything we can to help! Alternatively, you can get your hands on some Goodness via one of our partners listed here.

We deliver on selected Public Holidays including New Year's Day, Chinese New Year Day 1, Good Friday/Easter, Hari Raya Puasa, Deepavali and Christmas - we know everyone needs some Goodness on these holidays!

Are your products keto- / paleo- / diabetic-friendly?
As each of these diets are defined and applied differently by different individuals, we recommend checking the list of ingredients on each product page to see if it works for you.
For diabetics, we recommend checking your allowances with your doctor. Remember - our products are refined sugar-free, they are not sugar-free!
