Returns, Refunds, Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of our products, unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges by default.
Refunds or replacements are granted on a case-by-case basis only for proven product defects or delivery/fulfilment errors on our part.
If you received a product with a visible defect, please let us know immediately by e-mailing us at eatgood@ohmygoodness.co with images and/or videos indicating the issues with the product within 2 hours of receipt and we will replace your item within 24 hours, no questions asked.
