Shipping
All orders are delivered via 3rd party logistics company Lalamove in Singapore between 10am and 1pm, Monday to Saturday.
Deliveries are currently not available in Malaysia.
Delivery Timing
Our regular delivery window is 10am to 1pm. The exact timing of the arrival of your order depends on the routing for the day. For a specific delivery time or delivery outside of the regular window, there is a $20 delivery fee top up. Please place your order, then reply to your order confirmation email to let us know that you would like to arrange a specific delivery time (1 hour window) and we will send you an invoice for the delivery fee top up. The delivery slot will be booked once payment is received.
Earliest delivery slot: 7.30am to 8.30am
Latest delivery slot: 3pm to 4pm

Oh My Goodness! does not have a brick and mortar store; we operate on a delivery-only basis as this helps us keep our prices down in a place like Singapore. Contact Information
Please complete your order with an email address you can be reached at via a mailbox you check regularly in case we need to reach you regarding clarifications / changes to your order. Please also provide a mobile number so that we can reach you in case of unforeseen changes to your delivery.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards as well as Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. Please contact us directly with any questions regarding payment methods.
Shipping Time Frame
Customers may opt for next day delivery (cut-off: 12pm) or select a preferred delivery date from the calendar on the checkout page. We deliver Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. An email confirmation indicating your selected delivery date will be sent to you once your order has been processed.
Delivery Locations
We deliver anywhere in Singapore. Please ensure you have provided a complete address so that your order arrives on time and in the best possible condition to be handed over to you. If your delivery location is an office, please provide the company name.
Receiving of Items
Please ensure someone is able to receive your order and avoid having delivery personnel leave your items for you unattended in case of pests (e.g. ants). Please note that we cannot/do not rely on having delivery personnel calling customers upon arrival – if the customer does not pick up / isn’t available the driver is delayed and his routing for the day is affected poorly. In cases where we are unable to deliver items to a customer, a chargeable re-delivery may be required (see “Re-delivery” section below).
Re-Delivery
If a re-delivery is required due to incorrect addresses or an inability to enter premises for delivery, each delivery is chargeable at $15. Re-delivery will only be attempted the next working day. Oh My Goodness! shall not be held responsible for diminished product quality, if any, and should freshly prepared products be required for food safety reasons, such products shall be chargeable to the customer. The re-delivery will only be made once payment is received.
